T-Global X NTW Fitness Seminar Officially Launched: New Strategies for Muscle Gain and Fat Loss

T-Global has partnered with NTW New Taiwan Entertainment Wrestling Alliance to launch a year-long series of fitness courses and health seminars. This initiative aims to help employees and fitness enthusiasts achieve their muscle gain and fat loss goals while enhancing overall health.

 

Our company has always prioritized the physical and mental well-being of our employees, striving to create a happy and fitness-oriented workplace. To support this vision, we are hosting this fitness seminar to provide professional health guidance, helping employees find a better balance between work and life.

For this seminar, we have invited NTW’s Openweight Champion, "King of Chuunibyou" Sky, as our guest instructor. In addition to his exceptional wrestling skills, Sky is also a certified fitness trainer with nearly four years of experience. He will provide professional fitness knowledge and guide our employees in mastering proper exercise techniques for scientific muscle gain and effective fat loss.

 

The key to successful muscle gain and fat loss lies in three major factors:

 

  1. Caloric Control & Exercise Planning: Muscle gain requires a caloric surplus, whereas fat loss requires a caloric deficit. Losing 1 kg of body fat requires burning 7,700 kcal, while gaining 1 kg of muscle requires an additional intake of 6,700 kcal.

  2. TDEE & Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) Calculation: Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) multiplied by an activity factor determines Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE). Adjusting caloric intake based on different activity levels can effectively help achieve muscle gain or fat loss goals.

  3. Balanced Intake of Six Essential Nutrients: A well-balanced consumption of carbohydrates, protein, fats, vitamins, water, and minerals is essential for maintaining optimal body function and overall health.
