Phase Change Materials

The phase change material is a substance that will melt or solidify at a certain temperature.  It absorbs or releases heat energy by changing the state of the material. The phase change material is a solid flake at room temperature and softens when it reaches a specific temperature. With the ability of good fluidity of the material after being melted, the gap between the uneven surface could be filled, and the heat could be absorbed when the phase changes are used to achieve the effect of rapid cooling.
In the fast-developing generation of modern technology, a lot of electronic products will encounter the rapid heating up of the chip and the demand for heat-relieving solutions. In this case, phase change material is one good solution and can be widely used in various electronic products.
