Whether it is your first time donating blood or you have participated multiple times, your kindness and selfless dedication brings hope and new life to those in need. We sincerely invite you to join our blood donation event and help us spread love and care through our actions.

Blood donors will receive a gift pack worth approximately 500 NTD (one pack for 250c.c., two packs for 500c.c.).
An email notification will be sent to all participants before the event. We thank you in advance for filling out the form.
Your information will only be used for the blood donation event and will be kept strictly confidential. Please feel assured to provide your details.
Notes:
- Bring your ID on the day of the event.
- Ensure you have sufficient rest and food before donating blood.
- Drink plenty of water and avoid strenuous exercise after donating blood.
