Vapor chamber's function and working theory is same as heat pipe. In order to achieve a cycle working system, it works through the evaporation and condensation of the working fluid in the platy cavity. Vapor chamber is a product that can conduct a small part of heat source to a large area evenly and rapidly.


Working theorem


The working theory of vapor chamber is same as heat pipe. The only difference is the way of thermal conduction - vapor chamber is two-dimensional thermal conduction. Therefore, it is a more efficient heat dissipation way for solve higher level thermal problem. The inside of vapor chamber is a capillary structure vacuum chamber. After the working fluid absorbs the heat, it will vaporize rapidly and flow to cooling zone. When it exchanged heat with the external, it will condense back to fluid and flow back to heat zone. This is the circulation of vapor chamber.
