Thermal Composite Material

Thermal Composite Material is to combines two materials with different functionalities to achieve their respective advantages. A common way to process composite material is to coat thermally conductive silicone on a PI film (Kapton) that with excellent voltage resistance. In this way, the thickness can be quite thin, and because of the high strength of the material, it is not easy to be damaged during processing and it also contains both excellent withstand voltage and insulation properties.
For instance by coating the copper foil with graphene paint, could utilize the good heat storage capacity of copper foil, and coupled with the advantageous horizontal thermal diffusion performance of graphene. To make it a thermal solution with good heat dissipation and temperature equalization.
