T-Global Technology Showcases 22 Years of Thermal Innovation at COMPUTEX 2025

T-Global Technology, a global leader in thermal management solutions with over 22 years of industry expertise, will make a high-profile appearance at COMPUTEX 2025. The company will exhibit at Booth R0102, 4F, Nangang Exhibition Center Hall 2 from May 20 to May 23, unveiling its latest advancements—from cutting-edge thermal interface materials (TIM) to high-performance liquid cooling systems.

Founded in 2003, T-Global Technology has been at the forefront of thermal interface material development and manufacturing. Its solutions are widely adopted across consumer electronics, telecommunications, industrial automation, electric vehicles, and high-density server applications. At COMPUTEX 2025, the company will present a comprehensive lineup of its core TIM products, demonstrating proven expertise in heat conduction, material integration, and customized cooling design.

In response to the increasing demand for high-power, high-density equipment, T-Global will also debut its modular liquid cooling systems, engineered for next-generation data centers, advanced servers, and power control units. These new offerings underscore the company’s ability to deliver end-to-end solutions—from materials to systems, and from components to complete thermal modules.

Thermal Solutions Advisory Room: Real-time Technical Support

To foster deeper engagement with visitors, T-Global will host a “Thermal Solutions Advisory Room” at its booth. Staffed by experienced R&D engineers and technical consultants, the space offers one-on-one, real-time consultations, allowing professionals to address specific thermal design challenges and receive personalized guidance on component selection and system architecture.

Interactive Experience: “Join the Cooling Warrior Beat the Heat Overlord”

Adding a dynamic and educational twist to the event, T-Global will also feature an interactive experience titled “Join the Cooling Warrior Beat the Heat Overlord.” In this engaging activity, professional wrestlers will help participants become “Thermal Warriors,” teaming up to symbolically combat “Heat Overlord,” a character representing excess heat. The experience highlights the vital role of advanced thermal technology in modern systems, combining entertainment with technical messaging.
