FAQ

When is a Heat Pipe Suitable?

1. When the heat source is in a place where there is little space for a heat sink, the heat pipe can be used to transfer the heat to a place where there is more space and a heat sink can be installed.
2. If the heat source is small and the wattage is high, and the heat sink is unable to dissipate the heat effectively due to the long heat transfer path, heat pipes can be used to pass through each heat sink fin to reduce the thermal resistance of the heat transfer path, thus achieving a rapid heat dissipation effect.
3. If there is no fan near the heat source, if the air inlet is far away or if it is not located on the main airflow path, the heat pipe can be used to transfer the heat to the heat sink installed on the airflow path, so that more airflow can carry away the heat to achieve a good cooling effect.
